The March 3 Nashville tornado devastated several neighborhoods in Middle Tennessee, meanwhile also dramatically affecting the Nashville restaurant industry. In its wake, dozens of restaurants (from North Nashville and Germantown to East Nashville and Hermitage) are still closed short-term due to power loss, while others’ extensive damaged caused more long-term closures. Still, plenty of restaurants remain unharmed and open for meals, friendly gatherings, free coffee, and charging stations. And without a doubt, the Volunteer State will continue to show up in the form of free meals, fundraising, clean-up efforts, and more.
