White Limozeen — the Graduate’s glam, pink-splashed rooftop ode to Tennessee’s own Dolly Parton — will open Friday, July 17 according to social media posts. Reservations are live on Resy.

Named as a nod to Nashville’s darling and country music icon Dolly Parton — White Limozeen was a song and the title of Parton’s twenty-ninth solo studio album, released in 1989.

The culinary program, developed by hospitality duo Marc Rose and Med Abrous, alongside new Chef de Cuisine Chris Lewallen (previously at Nashville’s Bastion, Nicky’s Coal Fired, and Henley), features party foods and homestyle renditions of traditionally French presentations. Menu items are to include chicken liver pie, biscuits with caviar, mussels steamed in Nashville hot butter, and a white bread burger.

The bar is led by Demi Natoli, formerly of Chicago’s five-time James Beard Award Finalist Lost Lake and Nashville staple, The Patterson House. The menu features poolside-friendly cocktails, predominantly French and American natural wines and a sparkling wine list. Guests can also find riffs on classics such as a frozen Aperol spritz and champagne Jello shots. See the full menu and some shots of the food below.
