Julia Sullivan’s award-winning seafood spot Henrietta Red is temporarily pivoting to Henrietta’s Fish Camp + Party Market — a seaside shack-inspired pop-up offering meals and market items for patio dining, takeout, and delivery.

A representative from Strategic Hospitality said the full menu isn’t available yet, but an Instagram post teased oyster rolls and hush puppies as potential menu items.

The Germantown restaurant’s side and back patios will be open for self-seated dining, and the shared courtyard available for socially distanced picnicking.

Diners can choose to order online with same day delivery, or order in person and walk through the specialty market selling fresh seafood and oysters plus prepped meals, baked goods including daily pasties plus bread, and beverages.

This pop-up will be open Tuesday through Saturday from 12 pm until 7 pm for a limited time only.
