For the first time ever, chef Philip Krajeck’s widely acclaimed Germantown restaurant Rolf and Daughters and pizza-focused Folk are serving weekend brunch on the patio.
On Saturdays and Sundays from noon to 2 p.m.(weather permitting), the historic Werthan factory’s popular dinner restaurant is branching out with Bloody Mary and mimosa options to accompany a daytime menu of Krajeck’s self-proclaimed “modern peasant food.” See the full Rolf and Daughters brunch menu online — it’s filled with new brunch items like sweet corn frittatas and avocado toast, carbonara pasta and croissants alongside favorite dinner vegetables and pastas (like the seasonal crowd-favorite sweet corn agnolotti). The chef’s standout chicken with garlic confit and preserved lemon is also on the menu (another Nashville iconic dish).
To make reservations (definitely recommended), call 615-866-9897.
Brunch also debuts this weekend at Krajeck’s newer, East Nashville favorite, Folk. No menu is posted online for the Folk brunch just yet, so stay tuned to their social media for more details.
