The next phase of downtown’s massive Assembly Food Hall at Fifth + Broadway opens May 20 — and that means 10 new dining options for the overwhelming flood of (now maskless) tourists, bachelorette parties, and locals now back on the popular stretch. New kids on the Broadway block include Coco’s Fresh Italian, Horu Sushi, Istanbul Shawarma, the Liege Waffle Co., Pharmacy Burger, Pharmacy Wurst, the Philly Special, Prince’s Hot Chicken, Saffron, and Steamboys.

Have a first look here at all of their menus — offering a little of everything from the original Nashville hot chicken to Nutella waffles, shawarma, and fettuccine alfredo.

Coco’s Fresh Italian: Feast on fried ravioli, meatball subs, and pastas from lasagna bolognese to eggplant parmesan at the newest member of the Coco’s family.

Horu Sushi: serving an assortment of snacks like hamachi crudo and tuna tostadas, sushi, raw and cooked plus several vegetarian rolls.

Istanbul Shawarma: falafel, hummus, and vegetarian or meaty shawarma bowls, wraps, salad, and sandwiches.

The Liege Waffle Co.: The waffle spot gives Assembly Food Hall visitors yet another sweet option in the building, but there are also savory choices. Dress up those Belgian waffles with strawberry and Nutella, toasted s’mores, or blueberries — or go for waffles with hot chicken or a grilled cheese “wafflenini” instead.

Pharmacy Burger: The Assembly Food Hall burger counter will sell a selection of five burgers, fries, and tots.

Pharmacy Wurst: The burger joint’s sister restaurant offers an array of chicken, brat, beef, and even impossible wurst — gussied up with toppings like mushroom stroganoff, curry sauce, or the Mamma Mia — a chicken wurst with provolone, garlic Caprese bruschetta, mozzarella, and pesto.

The Philly Special: Original, loaded up, and Texas-style Philly sandwiches are on the menu at this carb haven alongside crinkle fries, fried Oreos, and funnel cakes.

Prince’s Hot Chicken: The newest outpost of the iconic creator of Nashville hot chicken offers exactly what Nashville visitors want — a taste of that original fiery fowl. No bone-in options here, but diners can still get a taste via choice of tenders, wings, chicken sandwich, or salad (with heat levels ranging from plain to XXXhot).

Saffron: Selling street snacks from pani puri to spiced potato samosas, plus rice bowls, biryani, and tandoori specialties.

Steam Boys: The quickly growing fast-casual Chinese spot offers steamed bao, handcrafted dumplings, noodle soups, and xiaolongbao at its newest downtown location.
