At this Nashville-outpost of the Michael Mina empire, the name pretty much says it all. There’s a robust selection of brown liquor behind the bar here, with over 60 bottles lining the shelves. That includes bourbon, natch, but also, single malts, rye, Scotch and Japanese whiskies. The cocktail menu also caters to bar patrons’ imbibing mood, with the left side doling out traditional, by-the-book tipples, while the right puts a provocative twist on the drink — but only if you’re feeling rebellious.

So it only makes sense that his Bellevue barbecue spot stocks a vast collection of the hard stuff, boasting over 170 whiskeys from around the world — 80 of which are bourbons. For the die-hard aficionados, HoneyFire’s also launched a Whiskey Club, where for $50 annually, members can work toward tasting at least 150 of their whiskeys, earning points they can apply towards swag. The club also hosts exclusive meet-ups, distillery tours, and special tastings.
